Bill to Repeal Minors’ Consent Law

This bill would eliminate a minor’s right to receive confidential health care for services related to family planning, preventing sexually transmitted infections, chemical dependency, and consent for hepatitis B vaccinations. Under the bill, minors would be required to obtain parental consent for such health care and entitle their parents or guardians to full access to health records.
